This Site is published in connection with a joint offering between Code and Theory and Adobe Inc. (“Adobe”). Please note that this Privacy Policy applies solely to information that we collect on this Site and does not apply to any information that we collect through other methods or services, including websites owned or operated by our affiliates, vendors or partners. If you submit information through this Site, Code and Theory will share that information with Adobe as described below. Adobe may use that information in accordance with its own privacy practices.
Code and Theory is the data controller of the personal data you provide to us through this Site. When we share your information your information with Adobe as described in this Privacy Policy, Adobe may act as an independent controller with respect to the information it receives.

If you submit a form on this Site, including “Get In Touch” and the “Talk to us about” links for Teams, Leagues, Tours & Governing Bodies, and Ownership Groups, we collect the contact information you provide. The personal data we collect may include your name, email address, employer or company, job title, and any message you send us.
We and our third-party service providers may also automatically collect limited technical data about the device(s) you use to access this Site (such as IP address, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP) solely as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Site (for example, to prevent fraud, troubleshoot and protect against malicious activity). 2. How We Use This Information
Except where required by law, we use your personal data to respond to the inquiry you submit, to route your inquiry to our sales team for follow-up, and to protect the Site and our business from fraudulent or malicious activity.
Because this Site supports a joint Adobe and Code and Theory offering, we will share the information you submit with Adobe for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, coordinating with Adobe regarding the joint offering, and progressing your inquiry through the sales process. Adobe may contact you directly regarding your inquiry.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We share personal data with our third-party service providers who perform business functions on our behalf, such as customer relationship management and hosting. These providers are contractually restricted to using personal information only for the agreed purpose and not to sell it.
We share personal data with Adobe as a named partner in this joint offering, as described above.
We may share the information you submit through this Site (such as your name, email address, company/employer, job title, and message) with Adobe in connection with the joint offering described above. Code and Theory operates globally and may transfer personal data among its group companies. Where we transfer personal data outside the EU, UK, or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or the United Kingdom. If your information is shared with Adobe, Adobe may process and transfer that information in accordance with Adobe’s own transfer mechanisms and privacy practices.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
