Tech Operations Lead

The Tech Operations Lead is a pivotal position within the Code and Theory 'Engine' creative studios, responsible for architecting and optimizing the technological landscape that supports our content production processes. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of next-generation technology and its application within the advertising and marketing sectors. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative tools and automate workflows, allowing for scalability while preserving the quality and craftsmanship essential to our brand.

As the go-to expert in tech operations, you will evaluate and implement software solutions that enhance productivity and streamline content delivery, ensuring that our studio remains competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Your work will directly impact how we produce high-quality assets at scale, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Tech Ops lead will report directly to the head of Studio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Create a strategic roadmap for technology integration that aligns with studio goals.
  • Identify and assess new technologies that can enhance content production efficiency.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of new to market Ai tools and software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and automation platforms like Adobe Gen Studio.
  • Ensure seamless integration of tools across departments to streamline workflows and eliminate silos.
  • Identify opportunities for automating repetitive or duplicative tasks within the production lifecycle (e.g., resizing images, generating content).
  • Work with the design team to implement automated workflows that enhance productivity without sacrificing creativity.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and creative teams to ensure that technology meets the needs of the creative process.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for team members as needed
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies, ensuring effective adoption.
  • Create documentation and resources to assist team members in using tools and processes effectively.
  • Establish KPIs for technology use and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report findings to leadership, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in technology.
  • Propose new initiatives for enhancing technology use and improving production quality.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

  • 12+ years in technology operations or a similar role within advertising, marketing, or content development.
  • Extensive knowledge of content production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and automation software.
  • Strong experience in managing technology projects and implementing software solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for training and reporting purposes.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $130,000 - 170,00. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
