NEW YORK — Code and Theory, a renowned digital-fist creative agency, has been awarded a Bronze Lion in the Entertainment Lions’ “Talent: Visual Story Telling” category at this year’s Cannes International Festival of Creativity, for its work on Burger King’s Grilled Dogs product launch.

Code and Theory’s work on the campaign was also shortlisted for two PR Lions in the “Internal Communications & Employee Engagement” and the “Launch / Re-launch”categories.

Code and Theory was the lead agency on this campaign which featured the Cannes-awarded Burger King employee training video starring Snoop Dogg. The training video announced the launch of the new menu item to Burger King employees and, within 24 hours, to the world.

In addition to being awarded for the “Grilled Dogs” campaign, Code and Theory was also credited for its work on two other successful Burger King campaigns: the “McWhopper”campaign which took home two Grand Prix, one Titanium, five Gold, fiveSilver, and four Bronze Lions.; and the “Whopper Sign” campaign, which was awarded 3 Bronze Lions.
