Oh! After Dark
The Oxygen Channel contacted Code and Theory for a non-traditional project; the network wanted to create a Flash-based video and a small community site for a show called “Oh! After Dark”—a program that features strong sexual content geared toward women. The site was only live after 10 p.m. every night. Code and Theory built a blog where the site's editor could post updates on news and product reviews. We also conceived and created a virtual bathroom wall where site visitors could share their confessions on the wall wall, as well as view other people’s confessions. To archive content, Code and Theory designed a post-moderation system the Oxygen team could monitor. The video player was built off of Brightcove.
